Did anyone miss Funny Friday Photos last week? I did! It was eleven o'clock on Thursday night before I even realized I'd forgotten to get the post together. And then, I forgot to write the Creature Feature post for Tuesday, too. It was a nice little blogging break, though, albeit unplanned.
Since it's been two weeks since we've had photos, I'll just get right to this week's pictures. I hope you have a great Friday and weekend!

I didn't laugh until I saw what was under it's wings. |
|
Awful and funny at the same time. |
|
Who remembers Ferdinand? I LOVED Ferdinand! |
|
Poor monkey! |
|
And it's going to get you in your sleep. |
|
My day yesterday... |
|
What has been seen cannot be unseen. |
And a couple of puns!
|
Food humor... he, he. |
|
A new way to talk about sex. |
My favorite is the Lion and Bear, Oh Mai picture.
Do you have a favorite?
Yes the lion and bear, great pic!
ReplyDeleteCool! I have been out of sync with most people for the last several months, so I feel good someone likes the same one I do!
DeleteI'll agree. That lion/tiger/bear one really made me laugh. I thought the kitty/turtle one is sweet. The tag/you're lunch made me laugh too--it makes me feel like a bad person for laughing at that one though. :)
ReplyDeleteMe, too! I have several this week that I laughed and then thought "Oh, I am so not nice..."
DeleteFerdinand - love Ferdinand. We just gave that book as a gift to an expectant mother...
ReplyDeleteLara, I hope you might consider joining my bloggers' book club. Details are here: http://armchairsquid.blogspot.com/2013/07/the-cephalopod-coffeehouse-august-blog.html
I was so excited when I found Ferdinand at the school I work at, and read it to the kindergarten class. It's such a sweet story.
DeleteThanks for the invite! I'll be stopping over for a visit!
The bit about the cork tree, with actual corks on the trees - brilliant!
DeleteWe never seem to agree. I'm going with the bomber birds and the angry Yellow Bird.
ReplyDeleteWe agree a little! I liked 'em enough to pick 'em. ;)
DeleteThey were all awesome (they always are) but the frozen monkey face cracked me up! :D
ReplyDeleteI was surprised, for having two weeks of photos, how few I actually picked. The puns are getting better, though. I may have to cull those for a while. But the animals are so funny!
DeleteAs always, so much fun, Lara! Loved the bomber birds and the tiger!
ReplyDeleteThanks for coming by Normandie! I'm glad they gave you a funny today! :)
DeleteTag, you're lunch - by far.
ReplyDeleteGot it! Thanks, David, for voting!
DeleteThey're all great and I simply can't choose this time -- but I got a good laugh out of the "punny" T-shirt! lol
ReplyDeleteI thought it was really funny, too. I wish I was clever enough to come up with such clever word jokes.
DeleteLove Ferdinand's hair.
ReplyDeleteIsn't that the cutest cow? :D
DeleteFerdinand, the monkey face, and Who Yoo calli' yellow? all made me smile. I hope you're having a great weekend, Lara, and I'm with you on the blog break...I need to think of something interesting to post!
ReplyDeleteYou can do it, Nicole! I love blogging, but adding the extra post back in really did increase some stress. I've only actually done two of the new posts in the schedule. Maybe now that I'm getting back to a regular life schedule, I'll do better. :)
DeleteIt's gotta be Ferdinand :)
ReplyDeleteHe's sure cute!
DeleteI like the apologetic turtle best :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for coming by, Mike! When I see photos like that, I always want to know what the backstory is!
