Take a Deep Breath into Freefall

The new year has begun, all promise and hope.  The tradition of making resolutions celebrates the process of becoming, improving, and risking.  Each new year is an invitation to take a deep breath into freefall, to stretch ourselves in directions we never thought possible.  We have the choice to play it safe,  or to experience the thrill of the new.  Scary?  Certainly.  Worth it?  Absolutely!
