Happy Weekend! This week went by way too fast for me. I didn't accomplish much, although I tried really hard. We'll see how the weekend goes.
Next Tuesday, I am so excited to share Laura Howard's cover reveal for her soon-to-be published novel, The Forgotten Ones. The next week I have Rick Wilcox, the gentleman cowboy, guest posting. I also have guest posts of my own on some different blogs lined up this month and next, so I'll let you know about them as they come around.
Let's jump into the pictures! Last week's winner was:
And here's the new ones!
The Aflac goose turns sinister. |
I've been waiting for a good caption for this photo. |
Until tonight, I never knew WHY they had to kill Old Yeller. I wish I didn't know now. |
My hair before I straighten it! |
I always thought the joke with every phaser launch on Star Trek: TNG. |
And this is just a Cute to bring you into the weekend.
You just said an "awww" in your head, didn't you! |
Which is your favorite?
Did you get done what you wanted this week?
Hands down it is "Old Yeller" still laughing!
ReplyDeleteI know!
DeleteAgreed, the expression on the dog's face in the Old Yeller one made me laugh out loud. But, yeah, what is that white puffball? I really can't tell if it's a dog or cat...or baby seal. LOL.
ReplyDeleteI found the puffball on the dog portion of icanhascheezeburger, so I think it must be a puppy. What kind of puppy? I have no idea.
DeleteDefinitely Old Yeller! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteYou, too!
DeleteI love the old yeller one, but the cat with thumbs is a close second. My cat has thumbs, too! :D
ReplyDeleteI love the astonishment of the cat. It is cute!
DeleteDefinitely Old Yeller. That was great! Cat thumbs was my 2nd.
ReplyDeleteI think Old Yeller might be the winner!
DeleteLol, there's this great commercial playing in England where cat's grow opposable thumbs so I just started laughing at that cat. Love that cat.
ReplyDeleteI want to see the commercial! I wonder if it's on youtube...
DeleteOld Yeller is my fave. And a few others made me snicker. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm glad to hear that. This week I wasn't sure they were funny enough!
DeleteThese were all so awesome! I adore the puffball (WANT!) and my fave is the Old Yeller. I read OY as a kid and cried my eyes out-- it feels good to get a laugh out of it that misery.
ReplyDeleteMy husband told me why OY was shot. I read some of the book, and then quit. I'm not sure why, maybe because someone told me it was sad. :P
DeleteThat kitten is way cute!!! I want one. lol
ReplyDeleteIs it a kitten?! I don't know, I just know it's cute!
DeleteThe cat hiding in the box is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteI've watched the picture get captioned with many different captions and none of them were good enough until this one.
DeleteThe hiding cat may be avoiding an irobot. I figure those things might clean up, but I'm sure would make the dogs and the kiddo a wreck.
ReplyDeleteI find them a little freaky, myself!
DeleteAlways enjoy your Friday photos.
ReplyDeleteThanks, David!
DeleteHaven't seen Old Yeller. Not sure I want to, but the dog's expression is funny. The puff ball looks like seal pup.
ReplyDeleteI thought so, too, Emilia!
